The Pilates sessions at Jackson Physical Therapy & Studio are designed to create a balance of strength and flexibility. We emphasize the core with each movement and are committed to giving quality, hands-on instruction. We work to holistically support each individuall.

We offer a variety of options for clients interested in learning more about Pilates with us:

Introductory Package

If you are new to Pilates, this is the best place to start. We begin by evaluating your posture and movement patterns and then design a program suited to your needs and goals. You will be introduced to fundamental mat work and apparatus during these first three sessions.

Rates: Three individual, 60-minute sessions for $180.

Reformer Package (three clients per class)

Saturdays – Call or email us to determine the next availabity.

Rates:  $35 for drop-in clients.

             Eight sessions for $260.

Private sessions

One session is $70.

Eight sessions are $520.

Sixteen sessions are $960.

Semi-private sessions (price per client)

One session

$50 for duet            $40 for trio

Eight sessions

$380 for duet          $300 for trio

Sixteen sessions

$720 for duet          $600 for trio.
